Wallet should be able to inform Verifier/RP that it prefers or requires encrypted (and signed) JAR, for a verifier that
implements request_uri_method `post.

I believe that this feature is about enabling a corner case, especially considering the additions to the openid4vp (transaction data, new query language etc)

Let's leave it open for a future release
