jsep not running when using clipboard buffer (window transformation)

When I open the expression editor in window transformation function and try to use the clipboard buffer the jsep doesn't run. When I use the primary buffer everything works fine. The image below shows the difference in the tree when using the clipboard buffer (0) and when using the primary buffer (1).
