Labels in operations' forms are being truncated

Some labels are large and are being truncated. For example, Map Operation have, in Portuguese, something like 'Atributo usado para rótulo (exceto...'.
It is annoying to have to move the mouse to the label in order to see the tooltip and be able to read the label.
I know that properties window will be refactored, but as a workaround, please, remove the white-space: nowrap; and text-overflow: ellipsis; from the CSS.
