Aiming at DCameraMan which I need to implement the input properly.

Forget about 3D for now and concentrate on interface. I will still need a basic actor to work with healthbars and to parent (abstract for now) DPlayerCharacters and DCameraMan. Seems that the hierarchy was fine the previous time, so I don't see any demand to change it.
