Move basic look around and physics management to DCameraMan

Use target acceleration and target angles, while current ones can be different.
Also define fast (for mouse look) and slow angle target. Slowly rotate to current actor (animate camera) and quick to mouse look. Ugh. If mouselook changed too much, stop animation.
