Non-administrator users cannot view contents within a dokan filesystem.

Non-administrator users can mount an iphone with iphile, which depends on
dokan, but they cannot view the dokan filesystem's contents. The related
privilege seems required to export to a user group, in order to allow
Non-administrator users to join in.
