Replace custom Jackson features with Code Haus'

qlack2-util-repack-karaf-features provides a few Jackson-related features which can now be replaced by the official features from https://github.com/Code-House/karaf-jackson. We should withdraw QLACK's Jackson features and use the Code House ones.
