Hello,
I like your application, but I would like to be able to read in other languages than English (French in my case)
Would it be possible to implement such a feature?

Unfortunately not as OpenBooks doesn't host any of the content, it just provides a user interface to make searching and downloading from the #ebooks channel on irchighway.net easier. Unless they add French books, OpenBooks cannot provide them.
