It might be a good idea to hook up CICD now than later, so we can iterate quickly. I was thinking of using AppVeyor, which targets .NET products and is free for open source stuff.
Things to hook up.
GitHub integration for PR reviews
Merge to development (doesn't exist yet) - > deploy prerelease package to nuget
Merge to master from development-> deploy to nuget
