spotify transfer to [device] fails

attempting to transfer playback to another device fails, no error reported

Expected Behavior

after saying spotify transfer to [ device name], play should continue on [device name]

Current Behavior

nothing happens

Possible Solution

the api library uses an undocumented variable name for the target device

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

setup spotify on multiple devices
test transfer with the Spotify connect client on some platform
then say spotify transfer to [device name]
should transfer
