spotify transfer command doesn't work

while spotify is playing I want to transfer play from one device to another

smart-mirror tell spotify to transfer to this device

Expected Behavior

play will continue on the smart-mirror system (if librespot or raspotify are installed as the player)

Current Behavior

nothing

Possible Solution

spotify library V5 changed the parameter format (now just an array of strings)

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

install, authorize spotify, start play somewhere, then
smart-mirror tell spotify to transfer to this device
