Grammar (missing words) in interop/ports.html "Aside" section

intro info same as: #149 (existing Elm users, just re-reading the guide for 0.19 and spotting minor issues that are easy to fix)

While reading the Guide section on Ports https://guide.elm-lang.org/interop/ports.html
the "Aside: Design Considerations" has a couple of sentences which we feel are missing words:

  1. "so I think downside is a product of the unique culture and history of the JavaScript ecosystem."

so I think that downside is a product ...

  1. "I think this is actually key strength"

I think this is actually a key strength ...
