Feature: Add P2P Node Visualizer

Currently the system visualizes the channel graph. It would be cool to switch between channels and the P2P network. Nodes would still be vertices, but connection would represent TCP connections to other Lightning Nodes irrespective of channels. This graph would be a superset of the channel graph.
