Make all links open new tabs instead of navigating away

Basically, add target="_blank" to the link attributes. For example, I've been pretty far down a Twitter timeline and have accidentally clicked a link which navigates away. Then I have to go back and navigate all the way down that timeline again. Also, I can't think of anytime where I've wanted to click a link on one of those popups and navigate to there. I've always wanted to open a new tab with them instead.
