Artist tags not appearing on Pixiv images

They show up though on the hover popup when hovering over the artist name.

@Unbreaky on Discord says that the artist tags are there until he hovers over the artist name, so we're getting to different behaviors here.

Seems like it was already fixed on the master branch.
