Templates: Switch between nightly and release

Currently device documentation shows the state of evcc's master branch. This leads to confusion because users already see options that will come in the next release and won't work in stable right now.
We need to communicate this better and/or provide a toggle mechanism for both nightly and release users.

Alternativ: wir könnten das publishen aus dem Nightly release einfach erstmal raus nehmen?
