[Fix] Missing Team Selector in Web Time Tracker

Description: There is a missing Team Selector in the Web Time Tracker modal under the Project Selector. Currently, users can only select a client, project, and task, but there is no option to select a team, which should be placed between the Project Selector and Task Selector.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Web Time Tracker.
2. Notice that there is no option to select a team after selecting a project.

Expected Behavior: There should be a Team Selector available after the Project Selector and before the Task Selector to allow users to assign tasks to specific teams.
