[Bug] Team member status issue

The main issue is that it used to work. NOW again.

The issue is that for a user who is online and not tracking time, it displays the wrong status (RED circle)

For users who are online, but NOT tracking time status should be 'Green' circle + stop icon inside.

Statuses:
Green (play) - user is tracking time
Green (stop) - user is not tracking time, but online (even who just joined the team and does not have any assigned tasks)
Orange (pause) - user is not tracking time and not online, but already worked today
Red (dot) - user has not worked today yet
Grey (dot) - user is suspended or restricted by the manager
