seems I've received a scamming github email from this
@zhenyulin Spammers are commenting on issues/pull requests on unmaintained repos and also tagging random GitHub users in the same with link to scam crypto giveaways. The spam comments are eventually deleted but the notification remains. This has been going on for the past few weeks.
Some of these are hacked github account as well, so original owner doesn't know anything.
