Add a header to archive responses to indicate the actual url for the response

Sometimes a user will request a url but the response will actually come from a different url. E.g. you might make a request for a url that will then actually be returned from an archive.org url. It would be useful to include an extra header in archive responses to indicate the actual url the response came from.
