No Settings Module

I just cloned from the repo and installed the requirements and python complains about missing django settings module?

Are there any missing steps

The Master branch is not up to date. The most up to date repo can be found here: https://github.com/everyvote/everyvote_mini/tree/mitch_september

You can use the settings.py.example to create your own. We have not pushed the settings.py because it contains password information:
