Is it possible to use this plugin with Community edition of IntelliJ IDEA 15?

Unfortunately it's not possible. The plugin depends on JavaScript module (JavaScriptLanguage.jar) which is a part of Ultimate edition. Please see https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/features/editions_comparison_matrix.html Language Support section.
