XCode 11.1 Swift 5.1 breaks the framework

Hi, it seems the new version of xcode is not compatible :( Any plans to update it?

XCode 11.1, Swift 5.1

Module compiled with Swift 5.0.1 cannot be imported by the Swift 5.1 compiler

nevermind I was specifying version 16 instead of 17
