RC group loot master looter inaccurate loot queue

When adding loot to the loot queue using the Group Loot function and then later pushing I am running into an issue where only portion of the loot is being recorded and pushed despite adding all of the loot to the queue to award later after every boss.
This is occurring on Wrath Classic version 0.15.1
