Add a dark icons

When the taskbar is white its a little bit hard to visualize.
Same issue here. I would like to invert the icons when the background is lighter.
What proper software should I use to open the icon and replace it with the new one?
I have tried to unpack the .exe file with 7-zip and only found the play button with different sizes. I don't know where the other two (previous & next icon)
If someone finds a way to do that...
If we download the source code we can actually see the icons, but I have no idea how to make it an exe...
A bit late for some of you, I'm sure, but I just discovered this application today.
I pulled this repo and created a version with a "Light Theme" option that has dark icons, for those looking for that.
