[BUG] Display support issues, outaded docs and ws_3 and ws_213bv4 not being recognized

Describe the bug
Hi I just donwloaded v 1.5.5 and the displays listed in the docs does not match the lists in the utils.py and display.py where they set the display configs. Im not sure if is intended to not match, or is dead code or some bug since the docs does not list all of them.

Also when I try ro configure a e-ink waveshare v4 the display setting for v3 ws_3 or v4 ws_213bv4 seems not to be recognized. but are listed in the code on the mentioned files.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Flash new image from the github release zip and use on a PiZeroW
  2. Login (I did via hdmi and keyboard)
  3. edit conf.toml, uncomment the display type and change it to ws_3 as is one listed in the utils.py ui.display.type = "ws_3"
  4. run sudo pwnagotchi (unsupported display type ws_3)
  5. change back to ws_2 in conf.toml and run again the pwnagotchi command, it boots and run.
  6. the error also occur with ws_213b4 (did not checked all configs from file)

Expected behavior

  • displays configs listed in utils.py and displays.py working
    Updated docs (new display list if not intentional and initial setup without ssh just plug a hdmi and a keyboart in the otg with an adapter. ).
