Can't rename images with Chrome and Safari

The subnav doesn't work with Chrome and Safari so I can't rename images.
It does work on Firefox..

(iMac/macbook and newest Chrome and Safari) It selects the image so you can select multiple images but doesn't show the subnav. (control / mouseclick)

All EVO versions*

Hmm, looks like its fixed for 3.1.10, I think I was looking at an EVO 2 version..
