In the EVT2js alpha version (http://evt.labcd.unipi.it/demo/evt2-alpha/) witness pages marked using elements
- are shown in the text displaying the corresponding folio number (@n in the )
- can be navigated using the folio selector in the text frame
This feature has been lost in the beta1 release and should be reinstated.
