Cannot open the project or PCB files using KiCad 5.1.10 from May 2021

When trying to open any of the files, I get some syntax errors.
The most easy error to understand is when I try to open the .pcb file.
It tells me I need a more recent version of KiCad, past 28th February 2021.
I’m running this version :

From Windows 10.

Can indeed open using nightly build as.suggested in readme.
