Issue with Denomination lookup?

Is something wrong with the "denomination" lookup or do I have a technical issue on my side?
In the admin UI create a new coin and try:
Typological Description > +Denomination:
Enter "as" in search field > search
An "empty" "Term" appears, I can click on blank field but nothing is selected.
On the other hand, a lookup for authority (example "ausgustus") is working fine.
