Primary and secondary colors for hover background color of top panel elements

Hi, Ewlsh.

In my system the top panel is transparent and turns gray when a window is maximized thanks to your ESSENTIAL extension. As you can see (image 1), when the cursor hovers on the top panel's elements these turns light gray. I would like to have them in a color in accordace with the background like in the overview (image 2) and to have them in light gray when a window is maximized. Is it possibile?
