Request: Let there be a toggle for deleting roles

Currently, if a VC gets deleted, the bot will auto-delete the role associated with it.
It would be great if this was toggle-able, so that if a new channel with the same name was made later, the settings for the role (placement and badge, ect.) would stick around for the new channel.
