We need a technology roadmap for Collustra that will highlight use cases for individuals, how we intend to design, implement, and test the effectiveness with respect to the use cases, and how we plan to take advantage of linked data tools such as the Linked Open Vocabularies, Datahub.io, and the LOD Cache hosted by OpenLink, i.a.
