Pause Menu Viewport position

If you pause the game whilst the view is centered in the top right after boosting, restart and then start a new game the viewpoint becomes locked on the last position as the previous round.

Ya. There are a few ways to cause that. Another is boosting into a wall while switching menus I think. Caused by some sub-par struct initialization code on my part. I'll look at it in a bit.
