VLC can't play YouTube videos because the domain manifest.googlevideo.com is blocked.
The error message is
Your input can't be opened

Maybe this domain need to be removed?

manifest.googlevideo.com serves both videos and ads. I think you'll be best disabling this list for whatever you are streaming on
