Add Support for the new repository in GitHub (instead of Google Code)

Since Google Code has retired, this repository stopped updating for a while.

As such, it would be nice if the configuration generating/updating this could start pointing to the new GitHub repository for the Siege project, at: https://github.com/JoeDog/siege
