Situation
We need to support nanosecond timestamp resolution.
Hint: @kaklakariada mentioned that in case of CSV files the EDML mapping is the actual key, since auto-detecting timestamps formats would not be feasible in this case.
Acceptance Criteria
- An integration test against Exasol 8 with BucketFS VS proves that TS(9) is supported in CSV files
