can't login to Exceptionless

Whatever I do I can't login - Reset password does send me a link and upon following that it's always error out . Like someone advise here to wait and see if the account has been locked , but unfortunately that's not the case either . Any help please ?

Is your api server running? Open your browsers network request tab and see what api calls are failing. What is the response code?

I get this error message

Yes the API server is up and running as I have other teammates who are able to login .

I'd request a new password token and look at the server logs as it will tell you more information.
