When --wrap=INTEGER is used, the first line of the first footnote paragraph is wrapped too wide

executablebooks/mdformat-myst#19 fixes this for all lines except the first line of the first paragraph. After merging of that PR this issue should be moved to https://github.com/executablebooks/mdformat-footnote/issues EDIT: Moved the issue
