Support for separate folders

Please add support for separate folders, for example, separating recording based on the date

I think so.
if you put / (or \ for Windows) in Filename Formatting in the settings, the directory will be created when recording.

One thing I forgot to mention, including any time related formate will create a folder per second/minute/hour, any way to fix that?
