source record not working for game capture when replay buffer hot key is pressed

Im having trouble getting source record to capture just gameplay on replay buffer when hot key pressed. is there a way to troubleshoot this
for some reason i just cant get replay buffer to capture game capture, it will record it when i turn recording on ( although the file is seems corrupted ) but doesnt capture replay buffer when i try any of the setting combinations. I dont know what to do
I just ran into this exact issue this morning. Now I'm not sure if this is how it is intended to work but I discovered that each Source Record filter you add and that is marked as visible will populate a new blank hotkey in OBS settings / Hotkeys.
Type 'Save Replay' in the Filter box at the tops of the hokey section and you'll see the main Replay Buffer and every source with the SR filter will have that "Save Replay' hotkey.
I'm not sure this is the best method but I just used the same key mapping for each of the replay buffers. So far it's worked saving all 3 of my replay buffers but I've only had it setup this way for a couple hours so your results may vary.
