This may happen in other games too.
The second word ("busano") has an image. You can see it in eXe and previewing, but it's hidden when you publish a SCORM in Moodle.

It works when publishing the zip file as SCORM, but not using the Moodle module. It might be a module's problem.

It's not a module's problem. The game images are being reloaded each time they have to be shown, instead of being loaded just once and then just hide or show them. That should be solved in the games.
It also works OK with most images. In fact we could only see that effect when using that file.
