update huggingface-hub version

Version conflicts using the latest transformers.
ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
transformers 4.26.0 requires huggingface-hub<1.0,>=0.11.0, but you have huggingface-hub 0.8.1 which is incompatible.
Successfully installed huggingface-hub-0.8.1can you update the version???
