What are your firebase settings in firebase upload repo?

Hello! I've followed your Read.me to a T for firebase-upload repo example and it worked! Yay!
The moment I try to switch the firebase config to my own personal one, it breaks, saying I do not have permissions.
I have followed the firebase instructions on expo documentation but still getting this

So I thought I'd ask, what settings do you have on your firebase project that enable it to work please ?
