Integrate RapiDoc for a nicer looking OpenAPI Documentation

As someone who is looking through the API documentation, I want to have a nicer and focused documentation theme so I can easily read and understand the doc.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Integrate the RapiDoc library.
2. Implement their blue-white theme for better readability.
3. Modify or overwrite the current schema to use better operation names.
