Project issues not shown

I'm using Redmine 3.1.0 and redmine_spent_time plugin 3.1.2 againt MS SQL database. When selecting Project no issues are shown when trying to add new Entry. The log shows and error, after investigating I found that in spent_time_helper in def find_assigned_issues_by_project the condition IssueStatus.is_closed = false does not work, it has to be 0.
