When skip option is canceled the skip radio button stays selected

Describe the bug
When you setup a data donation as a researcher, the fields with a 'skip' button experience this issue:
When you select skip for a field, but then cancel (because you don't want to delete the data in the field) the radio button stays on Skip.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior
When the 'skip' radio button is selected but at the question screen the change is canceled, the radio button should flip back to 'show'.
