After a few Hours (between 2-10 hours), the magic 32B runs everytime out of ram and the homescreen also other apps need very long to be loaded.
Taskkillers and the build in taskmanager tells that theres more than 20-25MB ram left.

To let this bug start, open the sms / telephone app a few times and lock the screen while they are active.

please uninstall any and all taskkillers and see if you have the same issues
Taskkillers are ineffective, and will actually impinge on system resources.
if you paid for a taskkiller, then I'm afraid you wasted your money

I only used it to see, wich tasks are really running. I´ve uninstalled it and will check, if the issues are gone

Well, I have tried to trigger the 'bug' as you have described, but as yet it is not apparent.
Are you using swap and/or compcache?
These will cause things to 'bog down' and the time frame fits

I´m using compcache (18MB).

I will uncheck compcache and check if the issue is gone
