Video feed keeps freezing, unfreezes for a short time when window is resized, audio keeps working just fine

Hello,
During FP1 Session of the Bahrain GP, both the international feed and the F1 Live feed kept freezing. The audio continues working just fine, but the video kept freezing. However, weirdly, when I go fullscreen, the video continues working for a short time, before it freezes again. And then when I double click again to exit full screen video, the video continues working again for a short time.
In the end, the video feed keeps freezing.
This is a Windows machine, latest version of Multiviewer (v1.31.1).
Specs
Intel 12900k
32GB RAM DDR4 3200 CL16
Nvidia RTX 3080
I was playing the feeds through Multiviewer on the Samsung TV, connected to the GPU via HDMI. Single display, I have the latest NV drivers installed as well, the update was pending, and I updated the drivers after the freezing issues started. Tried restarting the PC as well, still the same problem.
Discussed this in the Discord. Turning off hardware acceleration solved this issue for me.
