If CodeceptionResultParser fails to find the report.xml the app silently errors

If the report.xml cannot be found by the CodeceptionResultParser then no build is shown in the listing and it looks like it silently failed.
I expected it to mark the Build as Borked and output an error indicating that the report.xml could not be found
